"Nous n'avons pas pu passer la nuit, la réception fermant à 20h. Nous avons reçu l'e-mail de confirmation de réservation à 19h53. Nous étions encore en route, et il s'avère que le dernier paragraphe mentionne que la réception ferme à 20h. Ils ne prennent pas la peine d'appeler, et Expedia, où nous avons fait la réservation, ne donne même aucune information. Un endroit très douteux ; mieux vaut éviter cette étape. Au final, cela nous a coûté 148 €, et il s'est avéré qu'il y avait un très bon motel...

The beds could be a bit more comfortable too. Other than that, our room was clean, the staff were friendly and spoke English. The location is beautiful, we loved Jonzac and would return. "
