"Check in was friendly and efficient. The room was very nice, but the bed was so hard and uncomfortable we weren’t able to sleep well."

"Property was pet friendly. They have nice dog park in the back of the building. "

"Everything was great and then I received a text from Hampton at 12:44 am, woke me up and then couldn't get back to sleep. Why they needed me to complete a survey in the middle of the night is beyond me."

"Bathroom had pee stains around the toilet. On their add they use a picture of a large beautiful room where you check in. Not This motel is old and run down. "

"I stayed in Room 214. The room was clean, but there were some furniture and appliance problems. The smoke detector in the off room with the sofa was disconnected from the ceiling and hanging by its wires. The caulking around the sink in the bathroom was coming a loose. The hair drier was melted at the heat exit end. The dresser bottom drawer in the bedroom would not shut. The drawer at the bottom of the sink in the bathroom would not shut and looked to be off its rails. The heating surface of the iron on the ironing board was flaking. The deadbolt would not work on the door. There were some loose tiles in the bathroom floor. The cover for the bed had some dead lady bugs under it. There was no coffee maker in the bedroom. Other than these, the room was good."

"Everything seemed to be very clean & comfortable. Only exception was the bath tub, there was still some soap suds dried onto 1 of the grab bars & 1 of the light switched didnt work. The room as spacious & comfortable though! The room was ADA accessible/ compliant which was very nice & appreciated."
