"The house is massive and super cute! Lots of space to sleep and hang out. Full kitchen (cutest tiniest oven ever), and free washer/dryer with soap provided. Bathtub has an automatic heating feature which was super cool coming from a Canadian who has never seen this before. Super close to the ferry port. Fairly accessible by public transport from Hiroshima airport. "
"Worst night of my life. There was an alarm bell going off 5 times during the night, so I hardly had any sleep at all. When I finally gave up and left at 5am, there was nobody in the reception, otherwise I would have demanded a full refund."
"Convenient hotel with on-site parking for ¥500. Easily walk-able to local restaurants, grocery stores, etc.
Note that certain amenities are not included (razors, toothbrush) so bringing one is important. Also, though a non-smoking room was reserved, I was given a smoking room, so make sure you check upon check-in."

"Staff was wonderfully helpful, rooms small but standard size for Japan. Amenities were great and breakfast was delicious, don't forget to ask + pay for the breakfast voucher at the front desk before heading to the restaurant! Did not try the onsen here, but imagine it's quite good if it matches the standards of the hotel."
"If you are forced to stay near the airport, then you really don't have too many options. It's the only Airport hotel. The main issue is that Airport is far from everything and therefore no local transportation to look for stores etc and walk around. Just the beautiful gardens. I'm not a big fan of Hiroshima's airport as it is very inconvenient."
"Mitsui Garden doesn't dissapoint. While this particular hotel was not as grand as the one in Taiwan where I stayed previously, the brand is something that I will always consider. I like the idea that there's a guest lounge where you can relax outside of the room. Light snack is offered but don't expect much. Breakfast is sufficient .Overall, it was a comfortable accomodation. You can spend an afternoon browsing the exhibits at Okunoshima Island Poison Gas Museum in Takehara. Stroll along the marina or visit the temples while you're in the area.
