"Really disappointed with staff at reception at both check in and check out. Not really helpful and very business oriented not friendly or welcoming at all. Terrible the least to say. It’s a shame as it’s a nice hotel. The premium room was big enough, breakfast was good. Sky pool, was good however not infinity as online states. Beach was very public no privacy at all. Luckily it was 2 night stay, wouldn’t stay here again."
