Staff was amazing and it was very relaxing there.

Rooms very clean and everywhere you looked it was well maintained and clean.

Spacious rooms. Very nice pool area with swim up bar. Loved visiting Renaissance Island and the flamingos every day!

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome with their kindness and professionalism. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, which set the tone for the rest of my stay. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. I especially appreciated the attention to detail—from the fresh linens to the thoughtful amenities that made everything feel relaxing and convenient. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The hotel’s atmosphere was peaceful and inviting, and all the facilities were well-kept and easy to access. Whether it was enjoying the common areas or simply unwinding in my room, everything exceeded my expectations. What truly stood out was the exceptional customer service. Deborah (Front desk), Nilo (at the bar), Elizabeth (during breakfast) , every staff member I interacted with went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. Beautiful resort. Quiet, comfortable, adults only. Family owned and ran. Everyone was so nice, friendly and helpful. All requests for service were taken care of immediately. They provided chairs, towels, snorkeling equipment and a cooler. They only negative was the refrigerator was too small so we had to make several trips to the food store. And most resorts do a buy one get one a couple hours a day. The resort did not have happy hour. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The private pool and outdoor space attached to each unit was a wonderful addition. We stayed for 2 weeks and had an amazing time
