The staff was very attentive to our needs. My wife received oxygen as soon as she arrive due to the altitude sickness. Providing a schedule for spa time outside of the office hours was handled well by the concierge. All in all, I highly recommend this hotel to family and friends!

Airport shuttle was amazing. The premium room's jacuzzi couldnt get hot water. Just warm and then cool. It was very frustrating. The heaters dont really expend heay, simply warm up themselves. Staff was very helpful. Great breakfast. Great views of Cusco. Room was very comfortable. Shower worked great. Ac could have worked better. We just leff door slightly open to let cool air in. Highly recommended
