"They call me Papa, after many stays they are Family now.. in the restaurant they order my food, papa cannot have this..not good for you..the girls are my Daughters now so i go buy chocolate bars for them for taking care of me.. the rooms are all spacious, large comfortable bed, couch, big screen tv, many channels, the bathroom is big enough to move around in comfortably.. there is kitchenette in the room, Large refrigerator, not mini fridge.. the pool is large, clean and great fun… the cake shop...

"Rooms need renovation. For a king Size bed they have 2 single beds put together causing discomfort while sleeping. Also the mattresses need to be replaced, at times you can feel the springs. Air - Conditioning regulators are completely useless. In my room the wash basin was choked. Bath tub taps were not functioning properly. Room Service is efficient but quality of food not so good. Wifi signal is good. This property needs a major renovation."

"The staff are friendly and helpful. Being next to a shopping mall and bar/restaurant the location is very good. However, when I walked in it smelt damp, looked damp and felt damp. "They call me Papa, after many stays they are Family now.. in the restaurant they order my food, papa cannot have this..not good for you..the girls are my Daughters now so i go buy chocolate bars for them for taking care of me.. the rooms are all spacious, large comfortable bed, couch, big screen tv, many channels, the bathroom is big enough to move around in comfortably.. there is kitchenette in the room, Large refrigerator, not mini fridge.. the pool is large, clean and great fun… the cake shop has great deserts..ENAK !!! the guys at parking entrance are very nice and friendly, finally trained them…call me Tom..not sir.. the front desk staff is great.. very polite, Efficient and friendly.. Housekeeping staff does a great job also. the Woman who runs the hotel, Mami Vika is very pleasant and loved by her staff. for me when i am in Balikpapan this is literally Home ! thanks to every single person there for all the love..🙏🙏"
