Our room was small and strangely shaped. We did not get an upgrade because we wanted two beds. The staff was great. The breakfast offered quite a few options. I couldn’t figure out the a/c thermostat but the windows opened to let in air. Walkable to many sights. The art shop was closed during our visit, unfortunately.

Staff was friendly and even upgraded us to the Presidential Suite after seeing us walk ~80m from the parking lot with luggage (no accessible transport).
