Fairly clean but very old style rooms and bathrooms no utensils or places to cook. Just 1 bbq but was used. No dogs allowed yet there was a yapping dog 3 units down. You get what you pay for.

The room was great, spacious and comfortable, very comfy beds. Suitable for a family of 5. Kitchen was adequate with everything you need to cook meals. Facilities excellent, and grounds & lake superb A great stay, thoroughly enjoyed.
