"Lovely spacious room for a solo trip. Quality breakfast with lovely service. I would recommend this hotel for a quaint local stay in Northern Ireland. On site parking ideal for exploring the local area."

"We had a 7th floor room with sporadic AC. The AC vents blew air in your face when sleeping. The shower was not a 5 star room shower. The meals were fair and you were required to purchase 2-3 courses for a set price. We had to pay for breakfast and it was worse than all the 5 star hotels we previously stayed at on our trip. The other hotels offered a free breakfast. Front desk service was sporadic and made an awful first impression. Not enough staff in the restaurants in off season. I do not know how they plan to handle the summer. Bottom line, stay somewhere else for the money. This hotel does not offer a five star experience but they do charge a five star price."

The room was spotless, spacious and extremely comfortable. Breakfast and dinner were both faultless. But what truly stood out, however, was the level of customer service. Every interaction felt genuine and personalized, which made the stay feel memorable rather than routine."

"The space was nice but we couldn’t have the windows or door open for long because within 5 minutes the apartment became full of flys and there was at lest 20 of them on the sofa bed that’s was there and after spraying it with fly spay we found about 10 wood lice I also find some food in one mould food in one of the cupboard and you could hear everything that was going on in the apartment at the top of us and the garden was not privet and the table in the apartment was really wobbly"
