"Premier inn without the purple. Disappointed given the 4 star rating. Nothing in the room stood out. Award for the world’s worst door stop in the bathroom placed right in front of the toilet ensuring everyone leaves with a broken toe. Single bed which is not child friendly which you almost need a step ladder to reach as a child. Toilets in bar area not clean at all. Bar ran out of multiple drinks over the weekend. Not family friendly in the evening. Noisy overnight whether it be people or bin men or other staff work outside (we had inside room allocated). Check in slow although we got lucky based on queues on other days. Couldn’t get our room cleaned one day so at 4pm had to ask for clean towels. Location great but that the only positive really. Expected much more from a 4 star hotel."

"Restaurant was very basic. Didn't try the breakfast. Close to bars and restaurants. Bed was just average for comfort. Misha in reception, however, was extremely helpful and made the experience positive."
