Hotel bem localizado Preço mediano Internet caiu tudo hora, não conte com a internet de lá para nada. Hotel precisa de manutenção, pia solta,elevador que não funcionou. Entrada muito tarde, era as 15, poderia ser antes. Café muito simples.

Localização excelente. Chuveiro muito bom, forte e com temperatura muito boa!! Ar condicionado excelente! Café bem variado e muito bom com várias opções. Agora o quarto 205 precisa de manutenção , batente e alisar da porta do banheiro foi infestado por cupins e fizeram um paliativo ruim, tanto q ao fechar a porta o alisar (acabamento de madeira) se solta além de estar todo quebrado; vaso sanitário não estava bem fixado no chão, a luminária do banheiro não foi colocada direito, aproveitaram o buraco quadrado e colocaram uma luminária redonda por dentro do gesso; Paredes precisam de nova pintura e não há tomada suficiente no quarto, tanto q colocaram uma extensão bem improvisada para ligar a televisão. As fotos não condizem com a realidade do quarto 205. Esse quarto fica em cima da cozinha e de manhã bem cedo, por volta das 6h da manhã, tem bastante barulho vindo de lá. São coisas fáceis de resolver, mas esse quarto 205 não recomendo se te oferecerem.

Funcionários mau educados, no dia do chekin qdo fui argumentar com a recepcionista fui chamada de abusada, extremamente sem educação uma pessoa de baixo nível tanto qto está espelunca q chamam de hotel! Farei reclamações formais, tenho até um vídeo colchão extremamente sujo e ruim, quarto sujo imundo, café da manaj ruim e atrasado para quem está a trabalho! Tudo muito ruim, nada se salva!

O quarto estava investido de barata, a pia do banheiro entupida, tive que trocar de quarto porque o ar condicionado estava pingando em mim enquanto dormia, o colchão é muito ruim com buracos, tem uma recepcionista mulher muito mau humorada, fiquei muito decepcionada não recomendo, porque o atendimento é ruim, acomodação péssima, não fazem manutenção e nem investimentos para melhor atender os clientes, falta treinamento com os funcionários, absurdo a falta de higiene

Minha experiência no hotel foi mediana. Os quartos deixaram a desejar, pois não eram tão confortáveis, além de serem abafados e com aparência de pouca limpeza, o que comprometeu um pouco a estadia. Por outro lado, o café da manhã foi um ponto positivo, com bastante variedade de opções. Além disso, as funcionárias da cozinha foram extremamente atenciosas e cuidadosas, oferecendo um atendimento muito agradável.
