Staff was friendly but asked for remote and access to game room and got reply. Often no one available at the desk at all.

Lovely hotel, great location near RDS, Herbert Park, & lovely walks along the Dodder. Ten minute walk to the DART station. Only downside is condo construction on one side of the hotel — so either plan to be out of the room during weekdays, or request a room as far from construction as possible…
