My Fiancé and I stayed at the hotel. Checking in on things went smoothly.
However the staff that was working at the desk Saturday and Sunday night were not very friendly or welcoming.
Saturday night we tried to call the front desks for extra towels since room service did not provide any while we were out. Come to find out the phone in our room was not working. We had to use our personal cell phones to call the front desk to ask for towels. When we called the gentleman that was working that night said he was the only employee working, and we should come down 6 floors to get the towels ourselves.
When waking up Sunday morning we discovered that there was no running hot water at all! Please note that it was below 25 degrees in the area with a ice storm the night before. So imagine having no hot water to shower when waking up. As stated above i could not call the front desk due to our phone not working.
While checking out that morning i reported the water issue and phone issue again to the young lady at the desk who didn't seem to care. She did not offer an apology or even sympathize or even cared to explain what was going on with the water in the hotel. The young lady didn't even give me any eye contact while talking, she simply said "Ok". I really do recommend that the staff at this location work on their hospitality and their people skills. I felt like an inconvenience.
