We arrived for an early check-in via the mobile app and were told that meant nothing basically. We also came back at the allotted time to a downstairs lobby full of hot, humid air and several other parties going through the same ordeal or worse, having the hotel blame the guests for not following unclear instructions. Everytime the a/c clicked on a very powerful mold smell would permeate the room! The pull out sofa bed was stained and so thin, my other guest just pulled the pillows of of it to sleep on the floor. They also made you pay an extra $10 just to park your car where you already purchased your room.

I found this place just average. Nothing seemed above or beyond. Our coffee maker dod not work and poured coffee all over the counter. The furniture definitely could use updating. It was not very comfortable and was worn, stained and overall unattractive. The one morning we got breakfast it was your average hotel food, nothing special. But, we chose thos place for the price and got what we paid for. Be aware there is a master switch for the lights and if not turned on the bathroom lights don't work. That was an adventure at 3am. We also only had 1 drinking glass and a spoon chopped up on the garbage disposal.

Excellent location, good stay
The hotel was clean and staff were overall friendly. Our door had a bit of a latching problem and it won’t lock unless you tried it at certain angle, not the biggest deal. Breakfast was good, location was excellent. We had a good stay.

The front desk staff are terrible and some of the unfriendly hotel staff I have encountered The room was missing the coffee maker it was supposed to have. Had to ask the desk and their response was not very good. Also didn’t have hand towels and had to just catch the cleaning people in order to get those. Checking out was even worse. The facility is okay but I don’t believe I would consider staying there based on the staff.

Great for a Maryland Live trip!
I arrive at the property and check in was smooth and easy. A $20 incidental charge was completely reasonable and there was no parking charge despot what Hotels.com suggested. The gentleman man at the front desk was friendly and completely helpful with my questions regarding the area, WiFi password, and whether there was a shuttle to the casino (the hotel did not have one but it appeared the casino itself did have one although I drove since it was less than a half of a lap around the mall parking lot). After checking in and walking into the room I noticed the room was essentially a studio apartment. The was a comfy bed, a desk, couch w/a meal table nearby, and the shower had hot water w/decent water pressure. The next morning I went downstairs at 10am to check out the breakfast buffet w/very low expectations. I was wrong! They had plenty of omelets remaining along w/a selection of pork & turkey sausage (which was huge for me since I am Arab and don’t eat pork). There was also plenty of French toast, bread & cereal options along w/fresh oatmeal and all the oatmeal add ons you could ask for. Now for my ONE complaint! When I firsr walked into my room there was definitely an odor. I can’t describe this odor other than it certainly was not pleasant. I was able to dispel this odor by turning on the AC & spraying the febreeze I take everywhere with me. After doing those two things I only notice the odor after leaving & returning to the room. Overall a 4.75 experience
