We were very disappointed, as this is definitely not a 5 star hotel as advertised on their website, the staff a very helpful and friendly, the hotel and room could do with a thorough cleaning and a lot of maintenence needs doing

For $80 a night with brekfast great value. Beautiful view of Benoa Sea from rooftop pool spoilt by rotting facade. Whole pool area needs lots of TLC Pool both roof & below are clean ang large. But again roof was probably used for weddings and parties/functions but I doubt anyone can use it for that now. Gym - what a joke Treadmill Broken Cross Trainer Broken Bike Bike barely usable multoifunction machine is falling apart. But The Chrstal channel shows beautiful pool and great gym - obviously many years ago. But again for $80 the room was great, room service first class, breakfast good, staff great.

The staff are super polite and kind. Rooms and lobby area are very clean and well presented. It was quiet during our stay so had the pools to ourselves mist of the time. The restaurant food was nice but limited choice. The hotel is not near beach, shops or restaurants

Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone ..bad service, dirty rooms, pool closes at 6pm..breakfast was horribe didnt even have butter NOTHING like the pictures you see as they have advertisied it. Not a good place to stay.very disappointed

Expedia and this resort should be ashamed. The pictures on the booking site were taken probably 20 years ago and the resort is a mess,we attempted to cancel within hours of booking and were refused a refund or assistance from expedia and the resort itself. We willnever use expedia again and have advised all people we know about this experience. Disgraceful!!!

It is disturbing to need to ask repeatedly for hand towels and bath towels when there were none in the suite. Similarly the remote for one of the air conditioners did not work. The one phone in the suite did not have contact instructions for anything. The drain in the shower/bath did not pop up and was not fixed during my stay.

In de basis mooi penthouse maar qua hygiene en onderhoud heeft het hotel een slechte staat en heeft het veel aandacht nodig. Het personeel is niet zo vriendelijk als we gewend zijn in Bali. Er hing een nare geur in de lobby, bij het restaurant en in de hal. Zwembad beneden was prima, maar het bad op de rooftop was unsupervised en de bar was gesloten. Hotel heeft geen travel desk. Geen vier-sterrenhotel.

Rate only ONE for the room size only. Carpark and places / walkway had limited or no light. The selling point for this expensive property is the roof top sky pool. However the pool is closed and no light before the operation time is up 😡 The breakfast has only four choice AND the food is not thoroughly cook. The hotel entrance is not light up and the barrier is down resulting missing it and had to make a U turn. The staffs are not professional and careless attitude with reason/excuses after my feedback. NOT WORTH AND OVER RATING OF FIVE STAIRS.

今回無料でスイートにアップグレードしていただけました。窓口のスタッフの方々は、英語があまり得意でない私にとても親切に対応していただけました。ここまでは120点なのですが、とても残念だったのは、他のアジアのある国の大人数のお客達が毎日とても騒々しく、朝食の場所や公共の場所でのマナーが悪く、あまりリラックスできなかったことです。仕方のない事ですが、ホテルの給仕のスタッフなどもとても疲れているように見えて、気の毒になりました。

Fik ikke det værelse som vi skulle have til at starte med hvilket var et 2 værelses penthouse. Første efter klage og et opkald til hotels.com blev der rettet op. Synes det er uacceptabelt at de til at starte med påstod at der ikke var privat svømmebassin i penthouse selvom det stod i reservationen. Så fik et andet værelse første nat og blev opgraderet dagen efter. Hotellet trænger et at blive renoveret. Beliggenheden er ikke god. Derudover stinker hver eneste dag af kloak lugt. Det er ikke overdrevet. De kalder det Bay men det er en sump.
