"I know when something is clean by my nose My room was clean. The front desk area was clean. Everything smelled nice. The restaurant that connected with the hotel was quite convenient. And I found the crab cake dinner very tasty.. Front desk workers were very helpful in every way. I recommend this Sonesta at one Redwood. "

"The hotel was good. The room given had a connector door. We asked if we could change, but were told the hotel was sold out. The front desk did allow late checkin . We had booked the room with 2 breakfast , however we had to pay for our kids . The hotel charged us for 4 breakfast instead of 2 , which I had to request to rectify. Parking charges are extra. The hotel staff were helpful ,respectful and responsive. We just had a one night stay "
