"While this is very good value for money and the staff are wonderful, there was no escort to the room or assistance with luggage. The bathroom needed attention to the area around the tub and large ants came out in numbers from gaps in the shower tiles. "Delightful resort surrounded by tropical jungle. The high elevation meant you could open the windows and just let the cool evening breezes carry the sounds of nature. The rooms were huge and service was excellent. The fixtures were dated however, but that's my only criticism."
