The room was not very clean and the extra bed we requested for the sofa bed was never made up. We were too tired to request it again.

"None of the listed amenities actually exist. No pool. No spa. Horrible location way out on the edge of town. On the positive side, the girl at the front desk was very helpful. She helped me get a train ticket out of Lao Cai. I was going to stay three nights but left after one. Also the bed was nice ..."
