The staff very friendly & professional and made you feel very welcomed and fulfilled any request. We stayed here 3 nights and I would happily go back again. "We went there as a family and they were very accommodating, so friendly, each room has its own water heater which is a plus, once I got a hang on why my water heater kept clicking off (can happen to those water heaters) it was smooth sailing from there, nice reception, nice staff all around. Would definitely stay there again"

"Everything is very well organized, which makes a really fast check-in. Convenient quite area. The owner and the staff were really helpful: organized rental scooter, taxi, luggage storage. We returned to Khanom later and stayed in the same hotel."
