"The service at the front desk was exceptional, it’s just a pity the property doesn’t live up to the images on the website. No lighting in the pool or gym at night making it feel unsafe. The lobby area is tidy enough, but the smell is not pleasant. The room itself is sufficient, the bed is VERY firm, the room we were in had an unpleasant odour for the duration of our stay, possibly linked to the plumbing.
