New clean and friendly staffs

Typical stay at Amari, probably the 20th time staying always stay here is flying in or out

A very high value to cost hotel. Worth every single penny spend here. Will come here again. Thanks for the hospitality.

Staffs are good, rooms are clean, well done and keep it up

A long-standing classic excellent hotel

Stayed at the hotel because there was an event in Union Mall. Very convenient but because it rained that day during the stay, the staff was really kind to shelter me to the train station, just 5mins walk.

The hotel is located in a quiet area, about a 15-minute drive from main tourist spots like Thong Lo and Asoke. While it appears to be an older property, the room is well-equipped with thoughtful amenities such as a microwave and air purifier. However, the dim lighting in the room, especially the bathroom, and the shower-over-bathtub setup could be challenging for elderly guests. Overall, the friendly staff and pleasant experience make it a place I’d be happy to return to.

Safe environment is excellent especially for lady who travel alone .

Absolutely wonderful stay at this 5-star hotel! This was already my 5th or 6th stay, and once again, the experience was exceptional. The service is consistently warm and professional, the rooms are beautiful and comfortable, and the attention to detail never disappoints. It truly feels like coming back to a second home. Thank you to the entire team for always making my stays so enjoyable. Definitely my go-to hotel, and I’ll be back again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is super and has good spread of food.

Room was really huge. It was over spec for stay by myself although really comfortable. Bath tab was separate from shower booth.
