"Breakfast was fresh, but the upper level rooms (had to switch multiple times) had an issue with hot water. Cleanliness was not the worst, but sheets had old visible blood stains, hairs left in sink, and yellow rings around toilet. Charging ports by bedside were too wide for any normal phone chargers. "

"Overall experince was underwhelming. Starting from the checkin, the host (a guy with long hair) was pretty rude, didn't seem to know the concept of service or hospitality. My room had a weird musty smell, probably from water damage and just 10 minutes into it I could tell that I won't be able to sleep well there. Despite of my unwillingness to interact with the rude host, I went to ask if they have a different room because of bad odor? The guy looked irritated (constantly on his mobile BTW). He assigned me a new room which didnt had smell, but had dirty patches on floor, so was acceptable. The restaurant was closed during the entire 4 days of my stay. Room service was great, the only reason I'm giving it 2 stars. But overall, I won't be coming back and won't recommend. Spend $30-$50 extra per day and find a better place. This is not worth it. "

"I didn’t see much of the staff and during the time there’s an intersection being worked on. Did take good options for food near by, not really big on the Applebees next door service was bad. Just was tedious to get into the hotel the parking is about main lobby 4 floors then the hotel rooms are above that. Does get busy where you have to wait for elevators. Nice terrace area. Food was good but think that they should have it open longer due it being spring break I understand out of that the time but wasn’t very happy because it was busy and they could of let it stay open longer week hours due to spring break"

"It is a very nice property with a lot of amenities. My only 2 issues (very small...) are that the toilet in our room rocked back and forth and the hot water is not very hot. Shower was warm but not hot."

"The hotel itself is great, but I was disappointed by the additional fees. Charging $25 per night for parking on the property seems excessive, and the $39.48 nightly destination fee per accommodation feels unreasonable. These extra costs significantly impact the overall value of the stay."
