"I liked the hotel's rates and it's location which is just minutes away from the domestic terminal of Mumbai Airport. The front desk staff was excellent, and the check-in process was smooth and easy. Operations Manager Richard Serrao was super friendly and went out of his way to be helpful. The buffet breakfast was good. Overall the T24 Retro Hotel gives good value for the money."

"We were denied our one night stay and told that we could not stay in the same room - we are a racially mixed /not married couple. No where in their description of the hotel did they state “ no unmarried couples.” And they flatly refused to give us a reason we could not share the same room. Instead, they claimed that they did not receive payment from Expedia even though the booking was confirmed by Expedia.
