The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and pampered during my entire stay.One of the absolute highlights was the breakfast buffet. It is spectacular! They offer a massive variety of fresh, high-quality options, from local specialties to international favorites. Everything tasted delicious, and the presentation was top-notch."

"Big clean rooms, great bathroom although the shower seemed to leak and flood the floor. Beds were a little hard for me. Good view of the pool, walking distance to lots of cafes and shops, could walk to tourist areas easily Staff were helpful but a bit easily confused Food on site isn't great, go out and find food! The worst part is the lifts, they take ages because there's only two of them for the whole hotel!"

Everything was really good, from the gym/pool team to the restaurant team, which I must say really go out of their way to meet your needs. Small complaint about the bathroom sliding doors which were glass with a thin fabric that was able to see through, friends sharing twin room might just want to take note."
