Amazing property, views were fantastic, I loved the outdoor pool & yoga class; staff was incredibly helpful; didn’t need to spend $ on food because the Gold Experience Lounge provides breakfast & snacks at dinner time (which is more like a good quality buffet); fireplace in room nice touch.

Very friendly and helpful staff. 1888 restaurant over priced and pretentious. Food not so good. Not worth paying $95 for a steak.

Scenery was spectacular, staff was very accommodating and friendly. Very expensive but worth it if you can afford it.

Breathtaking views! Staff was fantastic. We stayed Fairmont Gold Level so breakfast, afternoon meal, dessert, and drinks were included. Can’t say enough great things about our stay! Phenomenal visit!

The Fairmont Banff Springs lives up to the hype! We had an amazing experience. The facilities were inviting and fun, and the staff was exceptional--going way beyond expectations for how we were treated. We can't wait to go back!

Couldn’t ask for beer.
Nicest hotel in Canada maybe. Nicer location than the Château Frontenac and just as nice if not nicer. You can get a great view of the hotel from “Surprise Corner” look it up in Google maps.

I have to start by saying the service was exceptional!!, we had the gold package with exceptional service, the breakfast buffet was to be desired, food was cold!!, had to ask for utensils, ran out of water. $30 a night for parking!!!, disgusting, our last visit we stayed at the Moose Inn, free parking, what gives the Banff Springs the right to charge for parking!!! To ever stay at the Banff Springs again, highly unlikely.

The property was incredible. Great views, service, and amenities. The dining was very good as well. The location was good, but the traffic through Banff to get to the hotel was always busy. They could. use some adjustments to the traffic light timing.

Great and friendly staff! Property has great amenities. It was an excellent experience from the moment we started our stay to the end. Staff always made sure that things were properly disinfected and was safe for guests to use. Would recommend staying here for anyone looking to have a relaxing experience!
