This stay was not enjoyable. The room was very small, bed was squeaky. The door leading to the adjacent room rattled all night like someone was trying to break in. We ate at Chili’s , cutlery was dirty, we asked for a glass of water it came with some sort of sediment in the glass. We then see our waitress go up to the bartender and put her fingers to her head like shooting her self, like we were bothering her. Very unprofessional. I will not be staying at this hotel again.

Our suite was clean and tidy however, the room had a few issues. Handrail on the stairs was very loose and shifted on my daughter. The wallpaper and rugs should really be replaced (peeling) definitely could use an update. We had no issues with parking. Hot pool was our favourite activity. Would have liked a room service option.

The property is quite outdated, and the housekeeping service isn’t very pleasant They came in very early in the morning to clean our room we ask if they could come a bit later and they said yes but no one ever came

Love the spa, sometimes crowded in there but very relaxing. The superior room we stayed in is spacious and have privacy, upstairs and downstairs.

The property could use a bit of updating- the beds were very stiff and springy, but the staff were lovely and housekeeping was very accommodating. The hot pool is very hot and a fun feature with open ceiling to outside. The property gave us free bus passes to use into the downtown area and though it is walkable. Lots of food nearby but also a restaurant in hotel.

The hot tub was so noisy; too many kids. The walls are paper thin; the family beside me was very loud. At 6:30 am a large industrial fan is right across from my room and it was very loud. I wanted a quiet getaway. This isn’t the place for that.

Nice location. Friendly staff. The room was tight and no fridge which was odd for Banff. Could definitely have been cleaner. That part was disappointing. Great hot tub. Awesome location. Easy to walk throughout the townsite.

Base rooms are extremely small. No fridge. Time to start upgrading, really showing its age. Rooms were hard to keep a comfortable temperature in. All in all the stay was “ok” however for almost $400 a night we will stay at a newer hotel going forward.
