The best resort I have been to in Cebu. Impeccable service and everyone were very polite and courteous. They made me feel such a VIP from getting off the vehicle to checking in and throughout my entire stay. I would like to mention or call the attention of some of the employees:

No hot water in the bathroom, we had to run the bath and shower for over 25 mins each time before any hot water came, then it was only luke warm.
Very disappointing.
Room cleaners were not consistent with their routine answers had at ask for more water and plates etc
