I was staying on the 17th floor when the earthquake struck..the hotel stood up very well and the staff were very professional and efficient..we were all rallied into the car park while engineers checked all safety on the building...the food is slso very good and the rooms are in good decor

Staff are very nice and reliable whenever I need my room to be clean in my convenient time. Door man’s are very polite and always cheerful when greeting the guests. Very pleasant stay. We loved the location and especially the beach/pool access. The staff was very friendly. The only negative would be the food. I wasn't impressed with the buffet or anything I ate at the hotel, but that's okay, there are plenty of other places to eat nearby. The next time we are in Cebu we will definitely stay at Belmont.

The hotel itself is very well maintained with great staff and the corner window rooms were beautiful. The pool and gym were fantastic. The only miss for this property is the tiny beach.

My friend and I really enjoyed our room and the staff were very friendly. The buffet was just OK in our opinion. What we didn't like, though was how many condo vultures there are around trying to sell you condos. Even while we were at the beach, we had people coming up to us, which was so annoying because we were just trying to relax.
