"I would like to leave a review of my stay at the Sofia Hotel in Bansko. It’s a small, family‑run hotel located in the town centre. The rooms are excellent, clean, quiet, and the staff is attentive. All the breakfast ingredients are from local farmers. Fresh juices, homemade jam… It’s delicious! ))) I highly recommend this hotel. Svetlana Levina, Moscow"

Lucky Bansko Aparthotel SPA & Relax

"The outdoor pool and the service were great. The A/C was only in the living area and not in the bedroom, so it was hard to sleep. Also, the A/C was a split unit with the outside portion on the balcony, so there was hot air blowing on us when we tried to sit on the balcony. The breakfast was average and not what I would expect from an 4-star hotel. Since the espresso bar was down, there was only coffee from a machine. We didn’t like the coffee so we went off property to get our morning cappuccino."

"Excellent classic hotel in great location . The hotel is older but maintained very well and the common areas - lobby , restaurants, and pools and spa are fantastic. I am Bulgarian and loved to see Philippine and Indonesian workers at the restaurants - very high level of customer service . That alone made made the trip at the hotel incredible. Highly recommend"

Regnum Bansko Mountain Resort

"Good breakfast, nice pool area. Staff has to work on a "customer-first" attitude. The hotel is a bit of a walk to shops and restaurants and feels a bit too remote off season. There was also a building site next door. It's worth booking mountain view for a better experience."

"Lovely Hotel, with a great first impression. Morden looking and equipped. The Reception and Restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping team, were great by always maintaining the room clean. The food was nice with great selection. I would recommend and would definitely stay there again"
