Best hotel in the area. Excellent facilities (SPA, restaurants and ski services). Superb location ( pretty much on the main ski lift). Outdated rooms. Staff experience varies: some are great (reception, concierge and breakfast), some are simply unpleasant, inefficient and outright seemed annoyed by their job serving guests…(especially the SPA and the lobby lounge)

Absolutely fantastic hotel located right next to the Bansko gondola. The staff are attentive, friendly and go out of their way to make your stay amazing. The room (alpine suite) was spacious and clean with an amazing bathroom with its own whirlpool bath and sauna. The spa was great but a bit disappointing that some facilities were not operating due to a technical fault but at least we had a personal sauna in our room. The buffet breakfast was incredible, one of the biggest selections I've ever seen - all fresh and well stocked even towards the end of breakfast service. If you are heading to Bansko then this hotel comes highly recommended.

We are vegetarians and food can be an issue, the staff took great care in curating a vegetarian feast and all our dietary restrictions were accommodated. Massive thanks to the entire F&B team, Ovo for meeting every request, Alexandra for coordinating our reservations, Alex, Persian and Omer for brilliant recommendations.
