"The pool was out of service the night we got there. The hot food for breakfast was very cool all 3 mornings. The fridge in our room was on high but still didn’t cool. Just a sheet and a very thin blanket on the beds and they were tucked in tight and so low they only came up to our elbows."

"We've stayed here a few times and always enjoyed it but this time and the previous stay were not great because of issues with the tv in our room. We had to have someone come up and look at our tv because it kept dropping the signal from their internet, they use Roku sets and they had to show me how to reset everything each time they lost the internet. Pretty frustrating 🙁"

"I was incredibly disappointed in our stay at Superior Shores. I have been staying at this same resort for 35+ years. This trip was by far the worst. We paid for a room on the lake. This was not what we received! The employees said that we booked through Expedia and that was the confusion with our room choice. We had a room overlooking the woods. I let the office know and they switched us to another room facing the woods. The hallways were dirty with visible dirt on the carpet. It looked like they hadn’t done any maintenance or updated anything in years. The pool was cold and on the side of the pool, someone had spilled grape juice and it was not cleaned up. Several jets in the hot tub were not working. I wanted to take a bath, but that looked filthy. I didnt feel comfortable sitting in that tub. I put on shower shoes to take a shower. I don’t believe I will ever go back to this resort!! My old favorite spot will have to be changed to a new location. All of those memories will be lost. I only hope they can get their act together. As for this couple, we will not be coming back. "

"Bed was a pull out couch. Which may have been in the description and I missed it.. The “hot tub” was a bathtub with jets. Just not “as nice” as expected, but it was definitely worth it. The view and balcony on the shore, listening to the waves and having a fire going in the fireplace- it was perfect. "

"Very nice area very nice unit that we were in. We did have some poor communication. We ran out of toilet paper on the first day, and there was no more anywhere in our unit. A text was not returned. When I called, she wasn’t the friendliest person in the world, but said she would have some delivered. There was never anything delivered. And I wasn’t gonna call again, so we went out and bought our own. I have wrote since then, with no reply. Besides that, it was a very nice stay! "
