"Dear [Hotel Name / Front Desk Team], I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay. The room was never properly cleaned during our visit, which was very upsetting. In addition, I checked out early on Sunday rather than Monday, but I did not receive any confirmation of my early checkout. I had also requested Strawberry Shortcake blankets for my daughter and did not receive a response or follow-up regarding that request. I would appreciate confirmation that my checkout was processed correctly as of Sunday and a response addressing these concerns. Thank you for your attention to this matter. "The property is very well kept and very spacious. The restaurant had very good food, loved the breakfast and lunch. The bar is historical and charming. The hospitality was amazing... they are family owned and operated and care about their guests. I would stay again. 5 stars."

"The water pressure was great with plenty of hot water. We loved this location. It's beautiful 'old Florida'. It did my heart good to visit there. We really liked our river view room having the option to go out the back door and use the chairs provided to look at the river and hear all the river sounds. Also, regarding the ice cream sold at the shop, the pint containers, the Butter Pecan was dangerously good. And, the woman running the store, in addition to her other duties, was super sweet. Great place and it is where we will stay anytime coming through the area. Loved it! "

"Had to change rooms twice because the pull out beds were dirty. Stuff left in the bed, dirty sheets, hair and dead bugs. They could do a better job cleaning the bathroom floors and showers. "
