The front desk staff was great, very helpful, kind, and informative. The outside is a bit run down, but inside the common space is well put together. The restaurant was rarely open and I don't think I saw a bartender at the bar during our stay. It is far from most attractions, about an hour walk to la Rambla, and its hard to wave down a taxi. If you're using the public bus systems, there is a stop outside of the hotel.

Great hotel in a nice neighborhood just removed enough from the touristy areas (6-7 subway stations away). Lots of restaurants around. The suite was very spacious with a nice sofa and a very large and comfortable bed.

Lovely gem of a hotel and perfect for a city break like Barcelona. Front desk were helpful when needed and our room was cleaned everyday. Transport link is a walk down the road and just very safe location.
