We had some trouble with checking in. Never received the email for pre-check-in as indicated on the confirmation . I sent the company a message in this regard via their website and never got a reply. Expedia virtual agent was also not able to help me. On the day of arrival, had to call the company agent and was told we needed to do a bunch of online forms before being let in. We were quite tired with our kids so that was a pain in the bum. Once we got in we were content with the apartment and its amenities. A great option for families with kids. Laundry was great. Had a large fridge, utensils, dishwasher, etc. It was in an excellent area for food/shopping/access to metro etc. We wished the place was better cleaned before our arrival, especially the floors. Overall it was a nice option for families and a great location.

Overall experience was good with everything as hoped and expected. We did have a dirty mug in the cupboard and a make-up covered towel left as fresh which made us question everything we used. Also worth noting is all the lockers for dropping luggage off before checkin were taken when we got there mid morning (obviously by people checking out) and the electric door code activates at 4pm to the second so no chance of checking in early even if ready. Not a negative of the apartment but we would have planned our day differently if we’d have known.

It is absolutely a fantastic place to stay near all the good stuff. No doubt, if you want to take short walks to many incredible things, this is the place. The hosts were super, as well. We just got off a cruise ship, and they let us check in early, which is a big deal given all our bags and the baby (not patient). They do have lockers, but we travel heavily, and our large bags would not fit in them. The apartment was spacious, and the internet was fast. When we return next year, we will look at this apartment first.

Communication was difficult..wasn't able to check in right away. Uploading passport pics very very difficult. Even when done right they didn't receive. Had to use WhatsApp in the end. But once we could get the codes and settle in..it was perfect

Great location in Gothic district. Getting the code to get inside and finding the actual building was difficult as only taxis and delivery can go on these older streets. Once we got there and settled, it was marvelous. Washing machine didn't work but they replaced it. Loved balconies. Apartment was modern and very nice. Beds comfortable. I would recommend.

Great property in fabulous central location. Close to all the tourist areas, we walked everywhere. We felt safe but we’re aware of our surroundings and took precautions with our belongings. The roof terrace was a nice area to relax in the sunshine in the late afternoon.

Centeral but noisy
The hotel is very centrally located at the hearth of Barcelona. The apartment itself is comfortable, clean and efficient with all needed amenities ,washer/dryer, coffee machine . The office of the management of the apartments is next to the building and you can easily communicate with them. The main disadvantage of the apartment was the noise during the night even with completely closed windows, if you are a light sleeper probably it isn't the place for you.

Enjoyed a 4 day stay here, to explore Barcelona. So much to do, and find. Some fantastic local restaurants, and of course a tour of sagrada familia which was breathtaking. The property was very clean and well thought out, the office staff amazing and very helpful. Would certainly book again.

We had a terrible experience staying here. It took us 45 minutes just to find the property. There is no signage indicating. It was very frustrating walking with luggage around to find. Bathroom was disgusting with stains on the toilet and leaks from roof. Smelly and not clean at all. Bed sheets and covers are moldy smell and was very bad. Bed covers have stains on them. Booked for three nights but checked out after one night as we could not stay there. I would not recommend the property to families.

We were very lucky to find this property during our trip to Barcelona. The location was excellent. All of the shopping and dining that you can want is all walkable. We felt like we were in the middle of the best that Barcelona had to offer. Cristian (I think that was his name) was very friendly and allowed us to check-in early. Since we were coming in from a cruise, we arrived at the apartments at about 10 or 11 am, and Cristian at the front desk accommodated us. The room was very spacious for my family's needs. It had a living room, a table for four for eating, a full kitchen, and two bedrooms. The kitchen had everything that you needed (cups, plates, pots and pans, utensils, microwave, dish soap, even salt and pepper and olive oil). It only had one bathroom, which was our only gripe (since my daughter takes forever in the shower). We felt very safe, given each apartment had its own entry code that you used to enter the apartment building as well as your own apartment. We went up to the pool on the fifth floor, but it was locked when we got there, so we were not able to use it. Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone that is staying in Barcelona, and when we return we will surely stay here again.

Highly recommend
We loved this hotel apartment. It is in a great location. The apartment is in great condition, super clean. There is a nice balcony where you can relax. There is a small rooftop pool as well. The check-in process is very clear and the staff tried very hard to make the room available as early as possible for our arrival. I highly recommend this place.

We loved the apartment. It had all the convinces of our home. It was walking distance to sights, dinning and La Rambla which has everything tourist. There are bicycle for rent just outside the apartment. Great view off our 3rd floor balcony. The only downside is, it is difficult to get a taxi to your door. The streets are closed often because of pedestrian traffic. The manager has a good reference for a taxi, ask him. We would definitly stay here again.

Fabulous clean; moden apartments in the centre
What can i say, we have just spent 5 fabulous days here, from the minute we arrived the staff were famtastic nothimg is too much trouble. We entered our room. 202 My son had the main living room where the massive sofa turns into a bed i had the one master bedroom the beds were very comfy. The kitchen area is msssive and is equiped with all you need. There is a table with 4 chairs There is a balcony which i luved to enjoy breakfast on its small but thats OK its fabulous to prople watch in the sunshine with a glsss of sangria. Towels are provided 2 bath 2 hand and a bath mat ask for more when you need them again not a problem. There are also 2 towels for little roof top pool. The water is boiling at all times which is great, your given a little box with t towel wash up.liq etc cloth and sponge to keep kitchen clean.all great touches. The apartment is bang in the middle of Barcelona fabulous location. We would highly recommended...... all in all perfect for my son and I and im fussy..... Teabags are provided but not English tea so if you like a cuppa bring yr own a coffee ma hine is in room.provuded with 2 pods we boight starbucks pods from supermarkets near by. Fabulous stsy 10/10 x

Our apartment was very clean and in pretty good condition. The couch needed to be replaced but it was ok. Kitchen could have stocked been better. No sharp knives, only very small glasses, no salad bowls. Great location but it was loud all day and night. People screaming until after 3:40 am. Playground right outside the window. The staff was perfect. Very helpful. Very kind. And very quickly filled every request 🙂

You can't beat the location of this property. We were in easy walking distance of restaurants, shopping and meeting up for tours. It was fun to explore the area and walk through all the different twists and turns of the Gothic Quarter. Communication for the complex was not great but we got the information we needed. The unit itself is spacious and has all the appliances needed. It's not very cosy and welcoming - more modern and cold - but it was clean and mostly updated. Having the directions for the washing machine in English would have been a huge help. Security was good. Noise in the hallway from neighbors was not good. We had three guys staying opposite us for one night and they were loud and inconsiderate when they came home at 3:00 in the morning. The walls are a bit thin and we could hear them easily. Thankfully they left after one night.

Very nice apartment, great location, excellent facilities. The plunge pool on the roof terrace was a nice touch which our children loved. We had a one bedroom apartment with the children on the pull down sofa bed. This was fine but if we were to book again we’d go with the 2 bedroom apartment. Everything is within easy walking distance and the road the apartment is on is quiet. You are very close to Barcelona Cathedral so you can hear the sound of church bells at night. Whilst it didn’t bother us, if you are a very light sleeper you might want to consider staying somewhere else or earplugs :). All in all a great apartment, centrally located with all the amenities you’d need. We’d definitely use again.

Really love the 2b apartment we booked! The sofa actually turns into a very comfortable queen bed like magic. The kitchen got almost everything we need (pots, utensils, oil, salt, pepper, sugar, tower, paper tower, dish soap, scissors but only a small knife). It's 5 min walk to Catalonia square, 7min walk to the La Boqueria Market ( love it). A lot of shopping and dinning around it. We walked to half of the places we visit. We stayed there for 9 days and they clean up everything on day 4. Really love it and would recommend it to every family.

They advertised twin beds but they were children’s beds. Needs a good clean especially grout in bathroom. Furniture and apartment are tired. For the price it should be freshened up.

Excellent experience! Communication was amazing and location was perfect. We had a kitchen and we made breakfast every morning. Highly recommend!

Great place, and right by Corte Ingles, shoppings, restaurants & groceries. Went down late 1night for water ended up having ice scream and wondering in the area listening to the locals music and great atmosphere.

The location was fabulous! The apartment served our needs very well; my adult son and I needed our own spaces after full days of exploring the city. Also, the small balcony with a table and 2 chairs was a relaxing way to begin and end each day. From this location, we could walk out the door and be in the heart of the neighborhood, close to the Metro, near restaurants and shopping, and whatever we needed to venture further, such as the Barca futbol game. Wonderful experience! We felt safe and welcome. The 'front desk' offered suggestions for sight-seeing and assisted with transportation, as needed, especially to the airport at 4:00 A.M. on our day of departure. Thank you!
