This hotel had an outstanding experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, going out of their way to ensure my comfort. The room was spotless, well-furnished. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and high-quality linens, which made for a great night’s sleep. The hotel’s amenities were top-notch – the fitness center was well-equipped, and the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. The location was perfect, close to major attractions but still peaceful and quiet at night. I don’t see how this is a 4-star property. To me it was just average/regular level good. Nothing about it blew me away. I really didn’t like the bathroom design - visually or structurally. The bathtub/shower is one of the worst I’ve ever been in.

Waited til 4:30 for room when check in was 3. Free drink coupon to compensate with wine as the only option because they said the draft beer machine was broke. Had booked 3 rooms and one couple had twin beds. Their room also had a flickering light they found disorienting. Positive, they booked our taxi for us as requested. Queen beds were comfortable
