"Though small, the flat is great and well neat. It has a great view and good lighting control. Also, it is well located in the South Zone of SP. However, the check-in process is the worst ever. They'll make you deposit 1k BRL to their bank account - which they claim they'll refund it all within a week after your checkout. They won't send all the information you'll need via message or whatsapp. Instead, they'll send you a link that contains all the info about your stay - whcih lacks clarity and...

Contudo, o sistema de check-in e recepção é muito ruim. Recebi mensagem pelo whatsapp para fazer o check-in somente 4-5 horas antes de entrar, não tinha nem como saber se ia funcionar. Além disso o sistema é demorado e pelo celular, demora mais de 15 minutos pra completar.
Chegando na recepção o reconhecimento facial não funcionou e precisava passar meu CPF toda vez que ia entrar.

"In front of one of the biggest and oldest Shopping Center in SP, the walkable distances and easy access to the shopping was a great feature of this hotel, we really like the staff and breakfast was affordable and of great variety and quality.
