Electricity Circuit / cut off electricity in the Appartement at 18.30 - No reception in the building and poor communication via cellphone with property office, staff doesn’t like to take calls („we have so many calls“) but call back if u r lucky. No Technician available for my Appartement until next day. Appartement is ok until u have a problem, then u r lost… PS they gave me other Appartement but bed room had no light, tv didn’t work. "Unsere Erfahrung in dieser Wohnung war schrecklich. Ich schickte eine Nachricht mit dem Hinweis auf die Check-in-Zeit. Als wir ankamen, um einzuchecken, mussten wir eine Stunde warten, bevor ein Mitarbeiter kam, um uns mitzuteilen, dass das Zimmer noch nicht fertig war und wir 30 Minuten warten müssten, bis es gereinigt wurde. "Personne ne répond aux messages Pas de cafetières ni de vaisselle rien!! On avait louer pour 4 personnes et l’appartement n’avait que 2 lits Ils avaient mis une couette sur un canapé non convertible . La proprio ne veut rien savoir et les photos non rien avoir avec l’appartement. C’est une arnaque. À fuir!!!"

"Sehr freundlich, sehr sauber. Genau wie beschrieben. Waschmaschine ist sogar inklusive trockner. Einfach perfekt mit kleinen Kindern. Einfach alles da was man braucht und mehr. Auch super gelegen in der Ortsmitte. Man kann bequem alles fußläufig erreichen und die Parkplätze im umkreis sind lediglich mit Parkscheibe aber auf 3 Stunden begrenzt. Es gibt aber genug. Wenn wir Familie in Hannover besuchen, dann immer wieder gerne am Steintor 3 ;)"

"The bedroom of the house was warm but the living room was cold. The house was extremely comfortable and beautifully designed and everything had been thought of. The house is in a central location. However, there were no markets nearby. Hot water for the bathroom was very good. There were shower towels, slippers, kitchenware and a hair dryer. The host was helpful. I was generally satisfied. Thank you"

"This hotel was very reasonably-priced, so I was very pleasantly surprised by the standard, especially such a nice location not far from the main station. Friendly helpful staff. Good to find a suitcase stool ready, so its easy to find what you want quickly! (None of the other hotels I've stayed in on this trip have offered this). Perfectly nice breakfast the next morning too. I definitely recommend the Atlanta for someone who doesn't want to spend too much and doesn't expect high-end furnishing etc. You can hear the trains - not too much - but if that bothers you, you can close the window at night and there is no outside sound at all. I'd happily stay at the Atlanta again."
