Modest, old-fashioned, good location
Adria's greatest asset is its location, a short walk from Bari Centrale train station and nearby bus line-up. The staff were also friendly and helpful. It's a modest, old-fashioned, simple lodging. It's not in the pretty part of town, but the main shoppng street is just a few blocks away, and the charming old town about 15 minutes on foot. Ditto for the lungomare. It's a perfectly OK place to stay.

Great hotel near station
Great staff, good room for standard room, super clean and comfortable- and so close to station. Loved the old building style yet modern facilities. Excellent coffee.

Hotel Adria is a very short walk from the Bari Centrale train station and beautiful Old Town. The room was very comfortable and they offer a nice free breakfast buffet.

Breakfast was very good. Plentiful pastries, cold cuts, fruit … The waitress delivered the coffee quickly & with a smile. Front desk was very helpful & welcoming. Bed was comfortable. Convenient location near the railroad. Short distance downtown. The Barese people are wonderful- polite, children are well behaved…

No eggs for breakfast. Never seen it.
Fantastic hotel. The only concern is about the breakfast. There's no eggs at all nor boiled nor fried. A breakfast without eggs it's not sufficient.

The good and not so good of it
I was glad it was only 2 day stay. Hotel was clean, but due to covid there were no services like bellman to assist with the luggage. Hallways are very narrow, so leave large luggage at home. Breakfast was a list for me to check off. If I had know that I would only get 1 chance to select and the selection would be for both days, I would have selected a few more options. Especially after I found the pastry to be 1 snack size confection. I was happy what I did get tasted good. I could not find a do not disturb sign, so the housekeeper walked in while I was sleeping. She did knock. I was just extremely exhausted, so the sound did not register. Noisy. Walls and ceiling are thin, and because I was hot the window had to be left open. I did manage to get sleep, so purpose of stay accomplished. Was not the level of comfort I am used to as a traveler, but it functioned just enough I do not feel the price I paid was too much. Might have been more comfortable for a smaller person maybe.

Dear Madam, We are sorry about the problems you have had during your stay. The baggage porter is on duty every day from 8am to 11pm. Breakfast can be changed every day, also choosing from the products that the bakery and pastry shop deliver to us every day The services you needed could be requested at the reception which is open 24 hours. Good enough for the price
Pleasant stay at Hotel Adria. It’s a decent 3 star hotel conveniently located near the train station and a 15 minute walk to Old Bari. Breakfast is simple and it could be improved by adding fresh fruits, cheese, cereal.

Good for one night in Bari
Staff friendly & helpful. Heating bars in bathroom not working. No external window or extractor fan in the bathroom. TV initially did not work. It was fixed promptly, but the next morning the problem was back again. Fortunately we only stayed one night.

The functioning of the heating in the bathroom is provided by the guest with a key that turns on and off. The bathroom extractor starts when the central light is turned on. The television has 2 remote controls, one for Sky and one for TV. Best regards.

Location is good, but . . .
The location is probably the best part of this hotel. Located within an easy walking distance from the train station, you will encounter no difficulty visiting any parts of this beautiful city or traveling from here to Alberobello or to Matera. The room is equipped with a safe, but not large enough to accommodate my small notebook computer, and I had to ask the desk to store my computer every morning while I was away. They offer laundry service, but the job had to be done outside, and the hotel could not give me an estimate of how much it would cost to do the job.

We are sorry that you have not been able to put your personal computer (not a tablet) in the safe in the room, which has a standard size for hotels, so we had to keep it in our safe every morning, and this has created considerable discomfort. Breakfast was good! Staff were nice and helpful! Make sure you visit their 5/F roof garden. Most car rental companies operate right across the street, extremely convenient if you plan to rent, pickup and drop off your car in Bari.

A below average hotel in a rough area. One advantage is that is located a five minute walk from the the train station. A small room with an old smoke scent.

Lovely Hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Really nice spacious room, with a balcony, just a few minutes walk from Bari Central Station. The continental breakfast was a bit basic, but adequate.

Hotel Adria was a absolute great experience. It is located about 5 minutes from the train station and about 12 minutes to the Centro Storico walking. My room was big, clean and a great bathroom and shower,. The hotel is very quiet and the staff very helpful. The breakfast was very good and had a good variety of things to eat. On the morning I was leaving to catch an early morning train which was before breakfast started, I was told at checkout that they had prepared a breakfast for me to take on the train. It was an incredible experience to stay in this hotel in such a great city. If I return to the city, I would stay here again! Thanks to all of the staff.

Very short walking from pBari train statin. Simple continental breakfast but adequate with good service. Some rooms are bigger than others. Air conditioning is not strong so my room became hot in afternoon. Overall I was happy to stay in this hotel.

Comfortable stay in Bari
Pleasant stay, comfortable room for solo travel. Bathroom was very spacious and clean. Free breakfast included in the stay with a fair selection of cereal, meat and cheese and pastries. Fridge in room was not very cold at all. Quiet area and close to a supermarket just over the Trainline 3 minuets walk. Close to central train station and walking distance 5 - 10 minuets to the old town
