"Overall, enjoyed our stay. We were in Nashville only for two nights for a concert at the Bridgestone Arena. The hotel is in a good location close walking distance to Broadway and to the concert venue. We did run into a couple of issues during our stay. Our room was not ready when we tried to check in at 4pm, got a text saying it was ready about 40 minutes later but then had to wait at front desk for quite awhile before being helped. So, we didn’t get into our room until about 50 minutes after check in time. Then upon trying to load up the car and check out, one of the elevators was down. Wait times were crazy to be able to get on and made checking out pretty hectic. Not huge issues, but enough to be annoying when you’re in a rush. Other than that, it was a decent stay for a short trip."

"There were bugs in my room. Multiple and my key did not work. The staff was OK, but clearly not thrilled about helping me. The manager on hand jumped to blaming me when my key did not work at first, claiming that I had "deprogrammed it with a magnet." Turns out they handed me the key unprogrammed. Extremely disappointed in the staff and the facilities."

"I didn’t like that the front desk did not completely check you in. You had to pick up a folder to complete the check in. The gentlemen that you picked up the folder wanted you to watch a two hour presentation to receive discounted amusement tickets."

"Hotel staff was nice. They kept calling for a wake up call starting at 3 am and we did not ask for it. The bed was very uncomfortable. We got about an hour of sleep."

"Had a fun time for my 30th birthday. Was super convenient to walk to downtown and the hotel made me feel at home even 500 miles away! Would stay again. "
