"The property wasn’t ready when we arrived for 3pm, eventually ready at 5pm. When we arrived the fridge was not turned on so we could not refrigerate anything for several hours, the doors were left closed so when opened the fridge smelled awful & very unhygienic. "This was the single most horrendous travel experience I’ve ever had - and I travel a lot for my job! Firstly I was asked to pay for early check in (this is ok as I understand this can be an inconvenience).
Then because I couldn’t check in before the activity we had planned we decided to leave it until after. Upon trying to check in - around 6pm we were told that someone has already checking in - i was surprised as it was no one from our group.
It turns out they had given my booking to someone...

"One of my favourite hotels in Manchester. I've stayed here several times on business. Rooms are modern and spotless. Bar is spacious and a great place to eat drink or work. Great beers on tap including Stella:)
