"Property and services are good. Cleanliness is horrible. Lots of curly hair on the bathroom floor. That tells the staff did not clean or vacuum properly. "
"Waited a long time to check in as we stayed during spring break and there a tournament for the hockey team. Should had more people working the front. Room was clean, but dated. "
" Overall stay was fine. Had The Flying Wallendas in the room above the first night, running back and forth until midnight and then one of them screaming and crying until 1 am (child I assume). Just fine the next two nights, the must have moved on to the next county.
Room, staff, breakfast, parking all good. Real nice TV, but a very sparce and often stop motion satellite signal. Too bad. The set deserves better."
"Very Nice and polite staff at the check in, clean room, Comfy beds, breakfast was good. The only part I didn’t like is having families around drinking and vaping at the pool and hot tub all of this did not give the place the vibes of relaxation and good spot for families with young children. "
"This property was the most run down and misrepresented hotel I have ever stayed at. VERY misleading on what it actually is. I can’t believe it is still able to operate from a safety and health standpoint. We had planned to stay three nights but after only one night we bolted and are being denied a refund. Creepy and unsettling is the feeling inside. When checking in the owners and/or staff were just sitting on the couch waiting very strangely and quietly for someone to walk in. At first I thought they were guests as they just stared at me before welcoming me to check in. No uniform or anything that identifies them as associated with the hotel. From the start you could tell it was older and run down but we had no idea what we were about to experience inside of the room. The bathroom was disgusting. Openings in the bottom of the wall where you could see insulation. Cabinet doors were all bolted in very strangely. Found large hole hidden behind a painting that was hug on the wall - in the bathroom! You could see a copper pipe, drywall, and insulation. The door knob to bathroom was so loose it almost fell off when opening door. The wall paper was separating from the wall leaving a unclean gap to the drywall. In the room clear gift wrapping tape was trying to hold on the wall paper around the Greek columns. We could hardly turn the whirlpool on as the handles were so worn. Black specs on bottom and unclear jet pumps. One of the windows even had a broken glass! List goes on!!"

"Cleanliness - the room was generally clean but definitely needed a deep clean (mold inside of sink, hair in shower, etc)
Pool - clearly hadnt been whitewashed in weeks based on the amount of gunk under the no-slip mats and and staining/disrepair of components on the splash play area.
Staff - all were kind and helpful
House keeping was slow to return the one bathroom to functioning in the pool area. I didnt have anyone in to clean during my stay (by my choice)
Breakfast- great selection and hearty options. Always filled and hot or cold as appropriate
Restaurant- great deal on a cheese pizza, service was slow but staff was clearly trying. "
