Nice people in reception and at breakfast. 12 minutes walk to S-bahn. Biggest disadvantage was a slow and erratic internet that made Zoom-meetings almost impossible. Would be glad to return if the internet was improved, as it is now, I cannot recommend to anyone who needs internet."

I saw her talking to four more guests, and she was just as rude to them too. I had to wait for my room to be cleaned after until 3:45pm, and the floor was pretty dirty. The only good thing is the transportation options available. It's fine if you're just looking for something to sleep in."

In theory it could have been a easy check in experience however on the massage they forget the special first time entrance code. "Had a lovely stay for a long weekend with the family. We had 3 rooms between us which were all a good size, clean and comfortable.
The hotel is a bit out of the city centre but there is a tram right outside which was useful.
Breakfast was tasty and lots of choice. They make pancakes on request and I definitely recommend them!
