Nice people in reception and at breakfast. 12 minutes walk to S-bahn. Biggest disadvantage was a slow and erratic internet that made Zoom-meetings almost impossible. Would be glad to return if the internet was improved, as it is now, I cannot recommend to anyone who needs internet."

"Here at the Premier Berlin you get treated very well the staff are very friendly & helpful.when you get here you will notice right away the staff are there ready answer your questions. "Really picked cause of closeness to Berlin train station, Intercity really impressed me from the staff to the cleanliness of the hotel. Checking in is a breeze and the lobby was a wonderful place to hang out and have drinks when the bar was open. Definitely add on the breakfast if you want a pretty good breakfast. The room was great as well, every detail of the room was used from the shelves by the bed for charging phones and other devices. "

"Housekeeping was spotty whereas things like replenishing the coffee tray with coffee, tea and sugar refills, and bath and hand towels were always short the quantity needed (2 people). The shower/bathtub was very difficult to climb in and take a shower. No hand bars and the height of the tub made it very hard to get in. Especially difficult for persons with any kind of mobility issues. We were in a suite for 11 nights. Otherwise, all good. "
