"I liked the room I like the area I like the price of the room The only thing was my room was on the 5th floor and it was quite a walk up the stairs and also sometimes I couldn't see It would be too dark during the evening.. the lights wouldn't come on and I almost tripped a few times on the stairs and steps..thank God I didn't fall... Otherwise it was a good stay"

"Very well situated, basically next to the Gesundbrunnen HBF, which is one of the central hubs in Berlin. Want to go to the city center? To the Museuminsel? To Potsdam? To Sachsenhausen? All easily accessible from Gesundbrunnen. There's also a mini fridg and the shopping center with many restaurants or grocery store options right in front of the hotel. The only negative point was how hot my room was. It made it hard to sleep since it was so hot, even when I was setting the room temperature at 17-18C. The cleaning staff kept bringing me new towels everyday for an unknown reason, even when I placed the towels on the hook. At the end of my 4 days stay, I had 3 shower towels."

"This hotel exceeded expectations, really nice vibe, only 25 minutes on the nearby tram to alexanderplatz. Perfect location near the lake which was a lovely walk to after a delicious breakfast. We arrived ready to leave our luggage and our room was ready so we get to check in at 1pm instead! I think we were just lucky but it was nice they let us in. The shower head wasn’t working but we were fine with the bath function and alerted reception which took a note of it the following day so it didn’t really bother us as everything else was spectacular. The hairdryer was also pretty decent for those planning on washing their hair! Overall we really enjoyed it and the district was really pretty to walk around in with easy access to main sights. "

"Nachts ging für 1,5 Std der Feueralarm an. Da kein Personal im Hotel ist (Anwesenheit nur 14-21h) konnte das Problem erst durch Polizeieinsatz behoben werden. Für einen Sandparkplatz zahlt man 15EUR UND MIT 100 EUR Hotelkosten ist die Preis/Leistung miserabel. Das Bad ist eine Miniaturausführung. Hotel ist jedoch sauber."

"Stayed 4 nights, did only clean room once. No spare toilet paper in the room. Had to find spare once in the common bathroom downstairs after hours. Room right above a lounge/cafe with a birthday on Saturday night. Loud music all night, impossible to sleep and no service onsite"
