"I reported to the front desk that someone came into my room when I was not there and stole money out of my room. The front desk staff was not willing to do anything and said they would let their manager know and try to check cameras. They never got back to me. It made me feel very unsafe at this hotel. I have no idea how someone entered my room, I am a young female, and I still had to stay another night in that room alone. Did someone break into my room? Did someone who works there enter my room to steal? I will never know."

"Clean and convenient. Dual carriageway but quiet inside with tram stop outside to centre and 10 mins walk to square with nice restaurants. Felt safe. Decent breakfast."
