"The hotel check-in was really welcoming with easy check-in. The room was really clean and quiet. The staff were very helpful providing me with information about Berlin, a good map with and how to use the transit systems i.e. buy a 24hr pass (which I did!). The staff also helped locate a kettle for me so I could make a drink in my room. Would definitely stay here again.

"The hotel staff, especially the receptionist, can be quite unfriendly, careless, and unhelpful. I thought it was just with me, but it wasn't. I saw her talking to four more guests, and she was just as rude to them too. I had to wait for my room to be cleaned after until 3:45pm, and the floor was pretty dirty. The only good thing is the transportation options available. It's fine if you're just looking for something to sleep in."

"Urban loft has a cool concept and property is very chic. The room layout was very user centric and spacious. Great service of the staff as they checked us in early on request and everyone was polite. The hotel is located in a good neighborhood 10 mins walk to the main central train station of Berlin houf. Definitely recommend staying here. The front desk is also a bar and they are open 24/7."
