Nice welcome and good organized and clean Hotel. Improvements: Some furniture need to be replaced as wear out eg small plastic seat in the room. And Expedia Silver status and hotel benefits are promissing more than what you really get eg free breakfast is only a 10% voucher. But issue is linked to Expedia.

A wonderfully comfortable, crisp and contemporary hotel—easily accessible to everything in Berlin by virtue of its location near the main train station….also via a pleasant walk along the banks of the Spree River into the heart of Mitte.
