"They have the worst management team and no coordination whatsoever. We were given a room that wasn’t ready upon our arrival and nothing in the room was working. The shower and tub were dirty and management claimed that was their usual condition, which we had to be told only after raising a complaint. Our booking was supposed to include a free breakfast which was never provided. Management excepted us to pay twice even though we showed proof of payment via the app online, second time being on...
"We were kept waiting for 2 hours at checkin by a rude receptionist. I have never been treated so badly at a lodge. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable - but the lights were broken as was the door handle in the bathroom (when I made the mistake of closing the door, I could not open it from the inside and had to be rescued!). Overall, a very bad experience."
