"Problema de overbooking (alugaram o mesmo quarto para mais de uma pessoa). Como era alta temporada e já não havia muitas disponibilidades, acabei aceitando ficar num quarto sem ar-condicinado e fizeram um desconto pelo ocorrido. No check in, novos problemas, havia solicitado duas camas de solteiro ..."
